This was their problem because their systems had not been working for a whole week before and during our stay. The staff was very unfriendly and said we didn't have a reservation.
We spent nearly 5 hours trying to fix this problem. They couldn't find our reservation, even though we had already paid for it.
So, we expected to quickly get into our rooms. We had 5 big issues: Issue 1: We had been traveling for a whole 24 hours and had booked the hotel almost 2 months ahead. Worst Hotel experience ever! We stayed at the MGM Grand Hotel for 6 nights, and it was really bad.
